The FALCON HEIGHTS and NEWFIELD GATE neighbourhoods

​​This attractive neighbourhood is located behind the  commercial building on the North East corner of 168 street and 104th avenue  and follows the ravine down the slope by 105a avenue. This is a nice looking subdivision of mostly two storey homes finished with stucco or cedar cladding. The main entrance is found at 105A avenue on the East side of 168 street. This is a good location for transit users as the bus stop is close by on 168 street. This is also a good location for you if your kids go to Pacific Academy  or Bothwell Elementary as it is close enough that they could walk to either school. This neighbourhood merges with the Newfield Gate subdivision which is just a little farther down the hill to the East with an entrance on the North side of 104th at 170a street . Tucked away at the farthest East location of Newfield Gate is a small townhouse complex called Newfield Estates that is one of the areas best kept secrets. This is a great townhouse complex of two level and two level plus basement units all with side by side double garages.
